Students must obtain a passing grade in 4 subject areas in order to successfully complete the written part of the qualifying exam. The students must take and pass the “1-Manufacturing Fundamentals” exam. At least one of the exams must be taken from the “2-Advanced Areas” Exams. The remaining two exams can be selected either from the Advanced Areas Exams or from the FENS Ph.D. Programs.
